India Bazaar permit the linking to its website provided its is linked with the logo  which is a trademark and reserves all its rights on the logo. The Logo cannot be modified or altered in any way or form than shrinking or enlarging it. India Bazaar does not grant the use of contents which includes images, logo, products or any other material displayed on this website and strictly prohibits any other use other than the ones provided above.

We reserve the right not to post any User Content, but we do not have an obligation to post, maintain, screen or otherwise use User Content. We may discontinue the ability to submit User Content in our own discretion.

Store Visit Policy Welcome to India Bazaar! We are committed to offering a secure, inviting, and enjoyable shopping experience for all. Please review and adhere to our store visit terms to help us maintain a secure and respectful environment.

  1. Property Care and Use of Shopping Carts Damage to Property: Customers are responsible for any physical damage caused to the store’s property. This includes but is not limited to, fixtures, equipment, and merchandise. Shopping Carts: Our shopping carts are provided for your convenience while shopping within the store premises. They must not be taken outside the store premises and its parking area. Unauthorized removal of shopping carts is not only a violation of our store policy but is also considered theft under Texas law. According to Texas Penal Code § 31.03, unauthorized removal of property with the intent to deprive the owner of it constitutes theft. If you remove a shopping cart from our premises without permission, you may face legal action, including possible criminal charges. Please ensure that all shopping carts are returned to the designated areas within the store premises to help us maintain a safe and orderly environment. Liability for Damages: Customers are liable to pay for any damages caused by them or their vehicle to another customer’s or store property. We reserve the right to share any video footage with insurance companies and law enforcement. we reserve the right to pursue legal action or compensation through civil claims Loose Carts in Parking Area: We are not liable for any damages caused by loose carts in the parking area. Please ensure you return carts to designated areas to help us maintain a safe environment.
  2. Conduct and Entry Restrictions Conduct: We expect all customers to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner while on our premises. Any behavior that disrupts the shopping environment, or poses a threat to the safety of others, will not be tolerated.
    1. Harassment and Discrimination: At India Bazaar, we are unwavering in our commitment to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all our customers and employees. To uphold these values, we strictly prohibit all forms of harassment and discrimination.
    2. Prohibited Conduct: We do not tolerate any behavior that constitutes harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic. This policy is enforced rigorously to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Bag, Container Inspections, and Receipt Verification Inspections and Receipt Checks: For security and inventory management purposes, India Bazaar reserves the right to inspect any containers, backpacks, briefcases, or other bags upon entry and exit. Additionally, all receipts and merchandise will be checked to ensure proper billing and inventory accuracy.

Purpose and Benefits of Receipt Verification: Security and Accuracy: We verify that all items have been correctly scanned and billed by our cashiers to ensure your purchases are processed accurately. Inventory Control: This helps us maintain precise inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked store for your shopping needs.
    2. Customer Assurance: By verifying your receipts, we confirm that you have been charged correctly, giving you confidence in our service. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at our discretion.
  4. Prohibited Items and Restrictions
    1. Firearms and Weapons: At India Bazaar, the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Therefore, we strictly prohibit the presence of firearms and other weapons on our premises, with the sole exception of those carried by authorized law enforcement officers. In accordance with Texas Penal Code § 30.06 and § 30.07, we will prominently display signage that clearly indicates the prohibition of firearms, regardless of whether they are concealed or openly carried, even if the carrier holds a valid license for such.
    2. Tobacco Sales: Sales of tobacco products cannot be made to minors. We comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale of these items. A state issued valid ID must be presented by the shopper to make any tobacco purchase. Animals: Animals are not permitted in India Bazaar stores unless required by law, such as service animals assisting customers with disabilities.
  6. Video Recording and Photography Prohibited Activities: Customer Recording: Video streaming and recording by customers are prohibited on our premises. You are not allowed to record or take photos of our employees without their written consent. Unauthorized video recording or photography is prohibited to protect customer privacy and store security, as per Texas Business and Commerce Code § 521.052 Surveillance and Promotional Use: Surveillance Cameras: By entering our premises, you consent to being recorded by our surveillance cameras for security and operational purposes. These recordings help us ensure a safe and secure environment. Marketing Use: Additionally, you agree to potentially be captured in store photos, live streams, and videos taken during promotional events. These may be used for India Bazaar’s marketing and promotional purposes, showcasing our vibrant community and store activities.
  7. Lost and Found Lost Items: All lost and found items are stored by each store for 30 days from the day they are found. If you lose something while shopping, please contact customer service. To reclaim a lost item, you may need to provide a picture proof of ownership, identification, and contact information for our records.
    1. General Terms Policy Changes: India Bazaar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
